Payment config status

Status	Description
created	Payment config created but not validated.
pending	Currently being validated by PayGreen.
validated	Validated payment config. The payment config can be enabled to start receiving payments.
enabled	Payment config enabled. Payments can be received on this payment config.
disabled	Payment config disabled. Payment receipt not possible.
deleted	Payment config deleted.
invalid	Invalid payment configuration (wrong contract number, affiliation problem, ...). Please contact PayGreen for more information.
